When you phone us or complete the enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb and details about the room you want renovated. Calls may be recorded or logged to route and follow up enquiries.
During a measure, photos of the room may be taken, and you may share documents such as strata by-laws or a previous asbestos report.
We do not ask for bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website. Please do not send them.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare a quote and follow up. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
Who we share it with
This is a referral website. Your enquiry is passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with, so they can contact you, measure the room and quote the work. When you deal with the builder directly, they manage your information under their own privacy practices.
Where a job involves asbestos, relevant details may be shared with a licensed asbestos removalist. For strata properties, details may be shared with the strata manager with your consent. We may disclose information where required by law.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host the website, manage calls and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
